I cannot tell you the number of times per day I have to return to my breath.

When my business seems crazy.
When work is piling up.
When I need to remind myself to say some kind words to myself.
When I need to have a courageous conversation.
When I feel like there’s too much to do and very little time.
When I’m in over my head on tech related things (y’all the stories I have).
When I’m searching for the millionth online camp or learning experience for my son right now.
When I’m hearing him ask for yet another snack.
When I’m wishing I could grab a hug or a kiss but can’t.
When I’m thinking of all the errands that are not getting done.
When I’m feeling emotionally frazzled.
When I need a quick reset.

When.... when... when...
There’s a million things that test my patience, skills, and peace.
The list goes on.
I rely on my breath work daily.

Along with prayer, it helps me stay sane and centered. Mindfulness from the soul has revolutionized my life. ❤️✨
