These situations are the very reason why we meditate and take a moment in stillness.

These powerful and often brief respites empower us for all the other moments.

They allow us to come back to ourselves to show up more lovingly in the next moment for all the lives we touch.

As mamas, we have a full load. And that load gets a little bit lighter each time we make space for our needs and love on ourselves a bit.
