Friend, Did You Know That Your Mouth Speaks What The Heart Is Full Of?
Friend, did you know that your mouth speaks what the heart is full of?
Although you have a smile on your face and say that “you’re fine,” your words tell an entirely different story.
Your remarks speak to pain buried down deep that can be too difficult to talk about or even remember.
They speak to a past that wasn’t kind and that you’re hiding from.
Yet, until healed, your words will act as a magnet to draw in those people and experiences to magnify the pain.
And your words will act as a boomerang and repellant for the love and relationships that are on the other side of healing.
Although you may try to cover up and deny the pain, every “I’m ok” and “I’m fine” belies a different story.
It’s time to allow your heart to truly heal. ❤️
It’s time to stop resisting the pain and walk through it.
With a trusted partner, coach and listener who has been in your shoes (me!), you can bear the pain, learn the lessons, get closer to God, and finally forgive yourself and others.
You can finally let it go and feel free and joyful again as your heart truly heals and becomes refreshed.
My goal and purpose is that women and especially single mamas are not suffering in silence nor alone. We are so loved and our children need us happy, healthy and free.
It’s time to stop what happened to us from defining us. ✨
It can stop today.
It needs to stop today.
Your happiness, freedom and voice are waiting and ready to fully emerge.
2020 is your year for healing and walking in freedom, joy and power.
