YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Yoga for Beginners is a slower-paced hatha flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Hatha-Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. All levels.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
This class is for beginning and experienced participants. We will engage in a variety of mindfulness practices in order to relieve stress, calm the mind, and create our intentions. All levels.

KUNDALINI YOGA FOR KIDS
This class is for kids ages 2-7 years old. We will engage in a variety of yoga, meditation, breath work, and songs for a fun, playful class. Parents welcome. All levels.

Online Group Yoga Program
WINE + WIND DOWN YOGA CLASSES
Beginning July 2020, Brooke-Sidney will host Wine + Wind Down Yoga Classes on the first Fridays of the month. This class will use restorative and yin yoga postures (yinstorative) as well as meditation to bring your mind, body, and spirit an experience of peace, release, rest, and restoration.
