YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Yoga for Beginners is a slower-paced hatha flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class.  Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Hatha-Vinyasa practice.  Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. All levels.

Thursdays - 4:30 p.m. at Green Tree Yoga & Meditation Studio (Suggested donation $10-15)

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

This class is for beginning and experienced participants. We will engage in a variety of mindfulness practices in order to relieve stress, calm the mind, and create our intentions. All levels.

This class introduces middle school students to the power of mindfulness through breath work, meditation, and yoga movement.
