This is my favorite affirmation.

Whether I can see it in the moment, I trust that God is always working it out for my good - no matter what.

Our beliefs shape our lives.

And how we talk to ourselves creates our emotions.

Ask yourself:

How do you want to feel?

What do you choose to believe to support the life you desire to live?

If a thought doesn’t line up with those questions, consider getting rid of it.
