SPREAD PEACE NOT FEAR.

The best way I know to feel at peace is to pray and seek it from God.

The news is not going to give you peace.
Owning a gun is not going to give you peace.
Having a stockpile of toilet paper and paper towels is not going to give you peace.
Overstuffed refrigerators and freezers are not going to give you peace.
Knowing the latest about Covid-19 is not going to give you peace.

In fact, these measures, when done in excess and with a mentality of scarcity (not enough-ness), will lead to greater levels of anxiety, panic, sadness and lack of peace.

Instead, my hope and prayer is that you seek peace from God. Seek peace from the only One who can actually give you peace, renew your mind and spirit, as well as cover and protect you.

Daily, let’s be in prayer to connect with God and God’s peace. And then let’s speak life, light, and peaceful thoughts to ourselves and everyone we come into contact with. This is how we SPREAD PEACE AND NOT FEAR.
