However, it is key to examine how we are using our words. Are our words truthful and honest to ourselves and others? Do your words honor your commitments and boundaries?⠀

Furthermore, is your YES a yes and your NO a no? Or are your answers lukewarm? Creating the lives we want and in line with God’s best requires a Sacred Yes and a Sacred No. In addition, do your words match your actions? Are you living in integrity?
