DO YOU HAVE DAYS WHERE YOU FEEL FLAT?!

Like lifeless? Tired? Bored? Or just plain over it?

I do. 

In fact, I sometimes overdo it energy-wise, over commit to too many things or life just gets super busy. (Hey, indie mama over here!)

Here’s what I’ve learned to do so I don’t stay stuck with low energy or the blahs. 

Take what’s useful:😊

✨ REST. Relax. Refresh. Most things can truly wait. And you’ll produce better, think better and more importantly, feel better. 

✨ SELF-CARE and SELF-LOVE. I find an activity or two that will feel good to me and my soul. No one else can truly make you feel good. It’s an inside job. Have a few ideas ready for moments like this. (Need help, grab my Self Love Ideas ebook.) 

✨ STILLNESS. Get still. Meditate. Pray. Talk with Spirit. Listen within. Ask for guided next steps. 

✨ GRATITUDE. My go to!! Affirm all the blessings that are present in your life. Your breath. The various things and people in your life. And a new day to live for your aligned dreams and purpose. 

✨ SURRENDER. Although it goes along with stillness, it’s worth its own point. Sometimes the best thing we can do is surrender to the moment. To see it for what it is. Learn from it. And release any expectations. This too shall pass.
