Today’s affirmation and meditation: ⠀

I honor the promises to myself. ⠀
⠀
As we kick off the new year, many of us are setting intentions, goals, and resolutions. ⠀
⠀
And this scripture just dropped in my spirit: We are writing the vision and making it plain. (Habakkuk 2:2)⠀
⠀
Yet, without holding fast to our promises - mostly to ourselves - our visions for our lives will fail. ⠀
⠀
Our visions require commitment. ⠀
⠀
This year I invite you to view your intentions, goals, and resolutions as a promise to yourself and Spirit. ⠀
⠀
Invite Spirit in. ⠀
Listen. ⠀
⠀
And do your best to honor yourself and what you want in your life. It begins with keeping your promises. ⠀
⠀
Today, repeat after me - I HONOR THE PROMISES TO MYSELF. ⠀
