MindSoulful Minute™: SEEK MORE FLEXIBILITY

Today, I am going to give you a little bit of yogi wisdom. As many of you know, I am a yoga teacher and a meditation teacher.

One of the biggest things that yoga has taught me is flexibility. Not just flexibility in terms of my body, although yoga has really helped. And I encourage people to learn more about yoga because it really connects us to our body. (DM if interested in private or public classes.)

Yoga helps us remember to be flexible and try new things.

It helps to know that all the poses begin in our mind. When we believe we can do something we’re able to do it.

Everything really starts in our mind.

So, today I am asking you - what in your life do you need a little more flexibility - of your mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Today, I encourage you to seek a little more flexibility.
