Today, whether you are by yourself or with others, I really encourage you to pay a lot of attention to how you are feeling.

Do you feel like you are expending a lot or a little energy?

Or do you feel like you are supercharged and energetic? Or do you have lots of energy or even energy to spare?

The first thing to be in alignment with ourselves is to really monitor how we are feeling, what we are thinking, and our energy.

So today, no matter where you are or what you’re doing, whether you’re with loved ones or by yourself, spend some time reflecting on and meditating about your energy.

You can write it down. You can record a voice memo. I’m encouraging you to mind your energy. It’s one of the best tricks of the “mindsoulfulness” trade.
