MindSoulful Monday: WHY WE NEED TO MAXIMIZE OUR MOMENTS

WHY WE NEED TO MAXIMIZE OUR MOMENTS

Today I had the best laid plans to broadcast live from my resort, where I've come for a little self-reflection and review. I wanted to get quiet about 2018.

BUT, my trip has gotten cut short. My little guy is now sick and staying home from school. So, I am heading back a lot sooner than I imagined to take care of him.

That's what today's MindSoulful Monday is about...

ALWAYS MAXIMIZE THE MOMENT.

Last night I was so tempted to do things like just relax or watch TV. Instead, I decided to really focus and maximize this minute and all the moments at this beautiful resort.

To really be able to take in this time to allow it to fuel me towards my goals.

I spent a lot of time writing. (Spoiler alert: I am actually working on a book. You are the first to know.) ✨

So, I was able to really allow Spirit to pour through me and give me the words. I used the time to get my message down and got a lot written (9000 words woohoo!). I got a great start to my book.

As you are thinking about the end of 2018 and your present day lives...

Are you maximizing each MINUTE?

Are you maximizing the MOMENT?

I know that hasn't always been the case for me. We can always work on greater time management and better organization. (Hey, I'm the Mama Love Planner lady. I'm always working on better planning.) I am actually really proud of myself for fully utilizing the moments last night.

YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT'S AHEAD OF YOU.

I thought I had all day today to continue my process. Yet, it was cut short. That's how life works.🙃

LIFE throws us obstacles, curveballs and GROWTH POINTS.

Even though this change came along, I don't feel bad about how I spent my time last night. I really poured back into me, made strides on legacy projects, and planned for 2019.

Today, I encourage you to make sure you are maximizing your moments.

WE DON'T KNOW HOW MANY BREATHS WE HAVE LEFT.

We don't know what tomorrow is going to throw at us.

While we are in our right frame of mind and able to maximize the moment, let's do so!!
