Whoever said change and transitions are easy was lying! Yet, the alignment found is always worth it.

Whoever said change and transitions are easy was lying! Yet, the alignment found is always worth it.

Most importantly, our story is always unfolding…

THE BIG NEWS is that after deep reflection, I’m transitioning from Bella & the Babe to Brooke-Sidney to reflect my new priorities and closing down/archiving the Mindful Mama Community on Facebook.

Big steps. Big alignment.

Although there is a part of me that is shaking in my boots, I know that this move is completely aligned and the best next step. And I’m shaking with excitement.

For those of you who have followed my B&B journey:

The first thing I want to say is how much I appreciate you all and the gift of your presence. Thank you for joining and giving myself and B&B space in your life.

When I initially started B&B, I was a new mama. I was bursting at the seams to help mothers with self-care and honoring their innate mothering wisdom. I then created the Mama Love Planner™ to provide a practical tool to make self-care doable. And I thank all of you who have supported and used the planner.

However, as time has gone on, I’ve grown and changed. I’m no longer the new mama. And I’ve seen the explosion of the “self-care” conversation. I’ve even further refined my thoughts on the difference between pampering and superficial activities (what’s commonly known as self-care) and a deep, meaningful self-love or soul love. I’ve chosen to turn my efforts to the latter.

In addition, my life has changed drastically since I first started Bella & the Babe. I’ve gone through a divorce, became an indie mama, moved five times, started multiple businesses, and received formal certifications in yoga and meditation. And I now teach yoga and meditation both in person (to adults and kids) as well as online. My years of practice in mindfulness have truly come full circle.

Thus, I am now choosing to focus on helping women with matters of self-love, empowerment, spirituality and greater mindfulness. My experiences and teachings have now culminated in my own lessons in MindSoulFulness™. And I am excited to continue down this path.

MIndSoulFul™ is truly where mindfulness meets your heart and soul. And nothing has become more important to me than helping women love themselves and the lives they are presently living. It truly lights me up! And I’m so happy to be of service.

As you all know, I am all about alignment. So, as a result, Bella & the Babe in its present form is no longer aligned with me and my future efforts. However, I’m so appreciative of how it helped me grow and that it connected me to each and every one of you.

With that said, I’d love to stay connected if you feel aligned, interested, or even curious about MindSoulFulness™. You can follow me at Facebook.com/thebrookesidney.

I’m keeping the Mindful Mama Membership Circle, the monthly bundle. It’s simply being renamed, the MindSoulFul Membership Circle. The content has been in alignment with my new focus since its beginning. The July bundle was released today. I’d love for you to join me there. DM for an exclusive link and pricing.

I’m still offering 1-on-1 coaching. Please feel free to DM me if interested.

And stay tuned, I am launching a podcast in the next 2 months. You will find all of the details on my new Facebook page. I’d love to have you in my launch group! I hope to stay connected with you there.

And for the writers and future authors in the community, I also offer ghostwriting, author coaching, and copyediting services. I love helping change-makers birth their spiritually powerful and transformative messages. You can reach me here: brookesidneybooks.com or schedule a free 20-minute call at https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php…. I usually have a 3 month+ waiting list but I’d love to chat about your projects.

Again, thank you so much for gracing me and B&B with your beautiful light and presence. It’s truly been my pleasure. I look forward to connecting over at facebook.com/thebrookesidney

In gratitude,
Brooke-Sidney
