Often in the fall and winter seasons, there are markedly different temperatures. It gets really, really cold - - and a lot of us hibernate.

I used to live in Washington, DC and Denver, Colorado. So, I know what it’s like.

As the temperatures start to cool off, do things to warm you up. 🧘🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️⛹🏼‍♀️⛷

Take those walks.

Go outside.

Do that yoga class.

✨GET THAT ENERGY MOVING AND KEEP IT MOVING. ✨

Don’t fall into the trap of stagnant energy.

Keep moving that energy.

You need your best energy to accomplish all of your hopes and dreams!
