What Is Email Coaching?
Email coaching is a simple and easy way to get a tailored answer and solution to your issue. You will give me as much detail as you can in your email about your issue, problem, challenge, or question. Based on what information you provide, I will send you a solution which includes an explanation and a suggested remedy (i.e., exercises, advice, affirmations, meditations, scripting, or other option). My response will be via email, video, or audio (I prefer video or audio). And depending on the number of emails purchase, you can send additional questions or emails that I will respond to.
The email package refers to the number of emails you send me. I will always send a response.
I will help you:
Understand the true nature of the problem/situation/issue
Reveal any subconscious or mindset blocks
Increase your self-love and self-concept
